What We Do

Village of Grace Foundation is a Canadian charity, operated by volunteers. Our purpose is to relieve poverty and advance education. Our work is for the orphaned and underprivileged children, living in Kinshasa DR Congo.

On a recurring monthly basis, we provide non-monetary support to children living in welfare centres. This support includes supplying and delivering food, water, clothing, and personal hygiene products, small appliances, and other furniture to benefit the children. We also support the children by providing health care, including medications, vitamins, and required health services. These children are also given the opportunity to attend school, as their tuition and supplies are paid and arranged through the Village of Grace Foundation.

We currently support two welfare centres, Zappe Orphanage and Amour Divin, with a total of 18 children. Providing fundamental human care needs, that are sometimes urgent to the survival of the child who would otherwise go without.

We hope you join us in this endeavor, in helping more children. Sharing our name and cause, subscribing to our newsletter and announcements, donating items when needed, joining online auctions, and giving financial support. All types of support are welcomed, needed, and much appreciated. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Village of Grace is planning to raise an estimated $20,000 this year on fund-raising campaigns. It will cost our organization an estimated $500 to raise this.
